It's easy. You can either
- visit the membership page (accessible under 'My Plan') and click 'Cancel your membership'; OR
- email us a cancellation request from your registered email id at email@example.com; OR
- use the ‘Contact solutions’ footer link on the Bartleby site to send us a cancellation request.
Bartleby is subscription-based, so you will retain access to our site post cancellation until your next billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you'll still have access until 17th of next month, but you won't be charged again after.
